Folly Coker, Governor Babatunde Fashola’s aid who has been rumoured to be dating sensational singer, Tiwa Savage, has riled the tale as crap.
He described his alleged ownership of Mavin Records as the figment of the imagination of those who cooked up the tales.
In the last few days,the rumours of Folly Coker being at the centre of the alleged troubled marriage of Tiwa Savage, 34, and Tunji Balogun, 36, flew around town with quite a few blogs and sites publishing the unsubstantiated claim.
But sources close to the tall and handsome son of Chief Folarin Coker have defended him as having nothing to do with Tiwa Savage and Mavin Records.
“These reports are tissues of lies," one insider said. “Folly knows Don Jazzy and likes his music a lot. But he has no investment in Mavin Records. These things are pure lies.
“For Tiwa Savage, you cannot even say they are friends, not to talk of lovers. They don’t exchange text messages or anything.
“The story is definitely sponsored – and there’s no iota of truth in it. Legal action has commenced against the fabricators of the damaging tale.”
Reports of the trouble in the marriage of Tiwa Savage and Tunji Balogun (who wedded on April 26, 2014) have gained ground – but the couple have denied it.
