President Goodluck Jonathan To Be Served Impeachment Notice

 According to Rep. Mohammed Tahir Monguno, President Goodluck Jonathan is to be served with impeachment notice when the House of Representatives reconvene on Wednesday December 3rd.

 Some senators and members of the House of Representatives had commenced collecting signatures for the removal of the president after the November 20 security siege on the National Assembly. During the siege, the speaker of the House Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and other lawmakers were teargased by the police.

 House members began collecting signatures that same day while senators followed suit two days after. And already, 200 members and about 60 senators were said to have thrown their weight behind moves to oust the president.

 Monguno, a former Attorney General of Borno State told Sunday Trust that he was one of the 200 members who signed the impeachment motion on November 20, saying, “some newspapers published names of those who signed the motion but my name was conspicuously omitted.” Arguing that president Jonathan had no reason to remain in office anymore having failed to protect Nigerians against Boko Haram insurgents, Monguno said:

“The federal government led by President Goodluck Jonathan has woefully failed to discharge these responsibilities. The government which is solely responsible for the security of the people has failed to protect the lives and property of my constituents. For five years now there have been consistent Boko Haram attacks in various parts of my constituency leading to the displacement of a whole local government in the constituency. Jonathan has woefully failed to provide for the security and welfare of my constituents that was why I signed the motion to oust him.”

 The lawmakers further accused the Jonathan administration of “monumental” corruption, saying, “for any development to take place there is the need for dividends of democracy to reach the people but because of the monumental corruption that has characterized this government, development is no longer reaching the people at the grass root and the federal government has clearly demonstrated lack of capacity to fight corruption. The executive arm of government led by President Jonathan is a massive failure.

Of all the alleged constitutional breaches by the president, Monguno said the security siege on national assembly was the final stroke that broke the camel’s back hence, the move to impeach Jonathan.

 “We need only one third of the members of the House to serve the president impeachment notice and so far we have got far more than that so as we resume the motion will be formally tabled for the president to be notified. It is only the removal that requires two third. When we reconvene on December 3rd the president will be served impeachment notice,” he explained.

 Omonigho and his mother will spend the Christmas and New Year in India

and will return after treatment is fully administered.They will be picked up from the airport and the bill for treatment,feeding and accommodation has been taken care of.

Meet The World's Largest Family - Man With 39 Wives And 94 Children(Photos)

 In what is believed to be the world's largest family, a man named Ziona Chana has 39 wives, 94 children, 14 daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren.

 They all live with him in his hotel-like 100-room, four-story house perched among the hills of Baktwang village in the Indian state of Mizoram. 

 One year, he married ten wives. Two of them sisters. His 39 wives say they are blessed to have him and take turns to share his bed.

 It takes 30 whole chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice to make dinner for this family.

 The family is organised with almost military discipline, with the oldest wife Zathiangi organising her fellow partners to perform household chores such as cleaning, washing and preparing meals. 

 Coincidentally, Mr Chana is said to head a sect that allows members to take as many wives as they want.

 Rinkmini, one of Mr Chana's wives who is now 38 years old, said: 

'We stay around him as he is the most important person in the house. He is the most handsome person in the village.

 As at 2011, he said he was looking at marrying new wives to expand his family.

Boy Kills And Chopped Up His Dad, Uses Body Parts As TV Stand

 A son who killed, chopped up his dad and used his body parts as TV stand has been convicted of murder. Nathan Robinson has been warned he faces life in prison following his conviction for the brutal murder

 Nathan Robinson, 27, was told he faces a life sentence after putting William Spiller’s body parts in storage boxes and using them as a stand for his TV.

Robinson shared a flat with his 48-year-old father, Winchester crown court was told.

Judge Mr Justice Griffith Williams said: “There is only one sentence I can pass on you and that is one of life imprisonment.

"I won’t pass that sentence now as I want to consider the minimum sentence you will serve.”

 After the murder, Robinson steam-cleaned the flat in Bournemouth, Dorset, but a neighbour below became suspicious when pink droplets began appearing on walls.

The following day, the University of Aberystwyth mathematics graduate set off for a weekend away to visit friends in Glasgow with a box-set of Saw horror films in his black holdall, a court heard.

 Before leaving the flat he shared with his 48-year-old father, Robinson, of Kingswinford, West Midlands, set about cleaning up his crime.

In the following month, he then covered his tracks by using his father’s mobile phone, sending text messages posing as the 6ft 4in, 25-stone Mr Spiller.

Robinson denied murdering his father on May 16 last year but admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

 During the trial, he claimed his father sexually abused him in a hotel as a 13-year-old boy.

He alleged he forgot all about the abuse but the memories flooded back to him in early 2013, a court heard.

 However Nigel Lickley QC, prosecuting, said Robinson murdered his father Mr Spiller over ‘money disputes’ and owed him £36,000.

Robinson was arrested weeks after the murder on June 18 last year - telling police ‘Is this a joke?’ - a day after Mr Spiller’s girlfriend Glenys Molyneux reported her taxi driver partner missing to police.

 Mr Spiller was identified by dental records as the body was so decomposed.A date for his sentencing is yet to be set. Source

Shocker - DNA Test Reveals Two Of Femi Kuti's Kids Are Not His, Returns Them

 AFROBEAT legend, Femi Kuti, clocked 46 two weeks back. But in spite of how blessed he has been, he still regrets that he is not the father of two of his five children.

 He revealed this few days to his birthday in an interview. Out of his alleged five children: Made, Afolabi, Dupe, Tosin and Ayomide, two of them, Dupe and Tosin(a boy and a girl) have been discovered not to be his biological children, according to a recent DNA test. 

 He confessed being disappointed and pained that a woman can actually give someone what does not belong to him. 

 “I did a DNA test and was told two of the children are not mine. The first two (after Made), a boy and a girl.  It is very serious.  I never knew somebody could give you what is not yours.  I’ve three boys now. I can’t father children I was tricked to believe I am their father,” he lamented.

 Because of the betrayal, he returned the two children, Dupe and Tosin, to their mothers.  

 Funke, his ex-wife, gave birth to his first child and son, Made, who Femi treasures so much. And Bisi Ajala gave birth to Ayomide and one other child that the DNA test recently proved not to be Femi’s.  The third woman’s name was not revealed.

 The Afrobeat king also disclosed that he has finished work on his next album which will be released soon.

 Nothing beats giving back, this act is very commendable. A 54 year old Chinese businessman Xiong Shuihua did something amazing for the community where he grew up in Xinyu, Southern China.

 He paid to bulldoze all the wooden huts in the area then spent millions replacing them with an estate of luxury flats for the residents.

 In total, he housed 72 families to repay them for their kindness towards him while he was growing up. He's also giving villas costing about £4m pounds to another 18 families who were particularly kind to him. In addition, elderly and low paid residents will also be given three meals a day for free.

 According to reports, popular Yoruba movie marketer and chairman of Zentury Pictures, Femi Adelakun, died suddenly yesterday November 26th in his home.

 Adelakun, who was also a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly complained that he wasn't feeling well when he suddenly fell. He was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead. So Sad. May his soul rest in peace. Amen!!!

Prisoner Impregnates 4 Female GuardS While In Jail For Attempted Murder

 This prisoner pictured above has impregnated four female prison officials while serving a 20 year jail sentence for attempted murder inside a Baltimore City Detention Centre. 

 Tavon White, known as 'Kingpin' ran a vast drugs smuggling business from inside the prison, CBS Baltimore reports. Prosecutors say he made $10,000 to $20,000 a week smuggling drugs and cell phones into the prison and befriended the female guards who helped to make his business easy. He rewarded them with sex and got 4 pregnant. Two of the women even tattooed his name on their body.

 Five officers of the corrupt prison, Tavon & two other inmates are now facing charges of conspiracy, drug distribution and money laundering.

Shocking : Mother Shot Dead By Her 3-year-old Son

 26 year old Crista Engles(pictured) was accidentally shot dead by her 3 year old son at their home as she was attending to her 1 year old daughter.

 According to reports, the little boy shot and killed his mother after finding a loaded semi-automatic handgun in their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma yesterday November 25th.

 The woman's mother who also lives in the house, but wasn't present when the horrible accident occurred, came home and found the 3 year old and 1 year old covered in blood and crying, this is according to Tulsa police. She found her daughter unresponsive beside her children and thought she'd been killed by an intruder. She immediately called the police.

 But while investigating, the police found out that the boy had found the gun under a sofa in the living room and had accidentally fired it. Unfortunately his mum was in the line of fire. Police said when they visited the home, they found a lot of guns there. The woman's husband wasn't home when the incident occurred.
