Squeezed into a pair of lycra leggings it was clear why the 31-year-old might be feeling a little concerned about her rear.
Despite the slimming effects of her all-black outfit, Kim's behind was looking bigger than usual.

The curvy star visited the gym for a double workout session, tweeting: 'Early morning double workout. Bootcamp & pilates. Love starting my Monday like this!'
If Kim does feel she has put on a little too much weight, she needn't worry.
She and her sisters have just launched a new clothing range especially for those with more curvacious figures, starting at a U.S. size 18.
'So excited to announce that my sisters and I are releasing a fabulous ready to wear line for plus-size ladies for our Kardashian Kollection for Sears called Kardashian Kurves!' she wrote.
Meanwhile there is one person who appreciates Kim's curves - her boyfriend Kanye West has written a song in honour of them.
Following the break-down of her short-lived marriage to Kris Humphries, Kim has rethought her taste in fashion.
But she denies this is fully down to Kanye's influence.
'It came from me taking time away at the end of last year and the beginning of this year and really simplifying my life,' she tells the new edition of V Magazine.
'I went and stayed at my mom’s house for like four months, and I didn’t bring any makeup, high heels, or anything. I just brought sweats, workout clothes, and pajamas. It was so refreshing to me!'
