According to reports, a pastor father allegedly beat his 13-year old son mercilessly then put chains with two padlocks round his neck in Jos.
When neighbours, who saw the padlock and cuts on the boys head asked what the boy did, the father accused him of stealing at their home. The source said the boy's mother is late.
Can you imagine? isn't this so wrong???
